Season of Giving 2021: Unlock the Music

For Giving Tuesday, November 30th. JazzArts Charlotte joins hundreds of nonprofits around Charlotte with a special message of hope spearheaded by Share Charlotte.

Share Charlotte is a local organization that connects the nonprofits of Charlotte to offer support, resources, and a combined voice. During the giving season, Share Charlotte raises our collective voices with an opportunity for our community to come together to take action for our community.

Together We Give

Generosity is an antidote to isolation, fear and division. Generosity looks different for everyone and we invite our neighbors to give their time, talent, dollars, network, or influence to a local nonprofit.

Together, we can create a community of hope and inclusivity.

For this Giving Season, JazzArts Charlotte recognizes the special role putting an instrument in the hands of students can have on their lives. It fulfills a dream, it offers a path of hope, it creates a community, it provides life lessons. There are many nuts and bolts that our ensemble programs need to support the students, including everything from notebooks to a clean functioning instrument. Some are incredibly memorable, like exploring an instrument, but all all part of the mix that make the magic.

Giving Tuesday, November 30th

Our goal for this one community day of giving, #GivingTuesdayCLT, is to raise $5000.

After enjoying the family festivities of Thanksgiving and the holiday preparations of Black Friday through Cyber Monday, please consider your donation on Giving Tuesday as an opportunity to be part of the community generosity that unlocks the music.
