Since our inception in 2009, JazzArts Charlotte® has been proud to continue our work as the premiere jazz organization in Charlotte with a focus on community enrichment through quality music education, performance excellence, and musician support.
JazzArts Charlotte® has grown into one of Charlotte’s most celebrated non-profit arts and education institutions, evolving to serve the needs of our community. Our goal is to continue to serve this treasured community for many years to come.

Students get introduced to the music for the first time. Here at JazzArts Charlotte, it's one of our favorite times of the year. But Jazz Appreciation Month didn't just happen. JazzArts Charlotte Presents Jazz Girls Day!
Jazz Girls Day is an event specifically designed to invite girls and young women into the world of jazz. It includes games, clinics, jam sessions, performances, and panel discussions to help give girls a break from the male dominated jazz world they encounter on all other days.
