Education: The JazzArts Academy

Education is one of the primary pillars of JazzArts Charlotte’s mission.

We believe in the power of music education and its ability to impact lives. The JazzArts Academy offers a wide range of programs facilitated by our expert teaching artists, designed to engage students of all ages, abilities, and interests. Since 2011, the JazzArts Academy has served over 50,000 students, grades K-12 throughout the Charlotte region.

While we reemerge with in person programming, keep an eye out for announcements of exciting virtual opportunities as well as our traditional best-in-class ensemble programs.  We are committed to ensuring music is a valuable and impactful part of the educational experience.
