DESCRIPTION:Holiday Edition: Piano Night\, A Charlie Brown Christmas featuring the music of Vince Guaraldi\nDecember 6th and 7th. \n(Holiday Piano Jazz Classics)  \nA holiday classic back by popular demand…  \nJoin us for one of the most memorable JAZZ ROOM holiday season celebrations as we feature the music of legendary composer Vince Guaraldi\, “A Charlie Brown Christmas”.  This holiday weekend will feature four of your favorite JAZZ ROOM pianists\, playing the music of Guaraldi\, best known for Charlie Brown\, “Peanuts” television Christmas specials\, including “Skating”\, “My Little Drum”\, “Christmas Time is Here” and more. This family-friendly event will also feature holiday classics and surprises that will help make your season merry and bright.   \nFestivities for this two-night event will include a pre-concert dessert reception and silent auction supporting JazzArts educational programs\, including performances from JazzArts Academy students.    \nPre-reception 6:30\nPerformance 7:30 \nThe JAZZ ROOM provides a casual and intimate setting with tables and a full bar\, reminiscent of the classic jazz rooms of yesteryear. \nThank you to our JAZZ ROOM contributors: Bank of America\, South Arts\, Knight Foundation\, Arts & Science Council\, North Carolina Arts Council\, Alice L Walton Foundation\, Ford Foundation\, and the Infusion Fund.
